If you want to learn the history of Nappanee, we recommend stopping by the Coppes Commons. This originally was a 100,000 square foot factory for producing Coppes Kitchen Cabinets, known for the famous “Hoosier Cabinets.”

The facility now houses a variety of small businesses and food stands if you want to try some delicious mid-western dishes, freshly baked items, and get a taste of the Amish culture.

And if you have time, stop by the famous Quilt Garden which is 1 of 17 different quilt flower gardens in Elkhart County.
